This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Interactive S.L. ("Apollo Interactive", "we", "us", or "our"), an independent game development studio based in Barcelona, Spain, handles information in connection with our games — including Iron Nest: Heavy Turret Simulator — and our website. In short: we build games, not data profiles. We collect as little information as possible and we do not sell your personal data.

We have intentionally designed our games and website to require as little personal information as possible. We do not operate our own player accounts, and we do not require you to register with us to play our games.

- Store platform data. When you purchase or download our games through a distribution platform such as the Epic Games Store or Steam, that platform processes your account and transaction details. We only receive limited, aggregated, and anonymised information (for example, total number of downloads or wishlists) from these platforms, not your individual personal data.
- Contact information. If you choose to email us or use a contact form, we will receive the name, email address, and message content you provide, so that we can respond to you.
- Technical and diagnostic data. Our games may generate basic technical information (such as crash reports or anonymous performance data) to help us fix bugs and improve stability. Where this is collected, it is used only for these purposes.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles about individual players.

Where we do handle information, we use it only to:
